Aftercare instructions

*Always thoroughly wash your hands with soap and* *water before touching your tattoo*

Initial Aftercare: After 2 hours, remove the bandage. Do not re-bandage the tattoo. Clean thoroughly with soap and water.

Let the tattoo air-dry, then apply a very thin layer of Aquaphor or an unscented moisturizer.

Daily Aftercare: Wash the tattoo twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, and apply a thin layer of Aquaphor or an unscented moisturizer. Do this for 3-7 days. During the next 3 weeks, avoid swimming, tanning, and direct sun exposure.

Don't pick or scratch at your tattoo. Flaking and peeling of the skin is normal. Avoid clothing that rubs excessively.
